Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or fragrance industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Knowledge of current fashion and fragrance trends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
